Great book just took about 100 pages to get into it. Hard one to read just after finishing Ugly Love. A little different then the other Colleen Hoover books I’ve read, still intense and drama less romance.
I am waiting for All Your Perfects at the library so I picked this up instead. I do not like Merit’s character and her family is not very likable. There is also poor representation in this book for people with depression.
It was ok. I found the main character slightly annoying but understandably so. Messy fam
A few interesting twists thrown in, but mostly a story about a screwed up family that needs to get past a breaking point to come together.
Overall, good book with a heartwarming happy ending.
