“My wife” + an arranged marriage tropes will always be my favorite in a mafia romance book. The males in the Drakos family named after Greek gods were a little cringe for me.. Ares had some depth as a MMC which is a must for me. Possessesive and obsessive MMC never fails to make me swoon. A lot going on with the plot and it kept me invested but saw it coming. Will continue the series!

Deviant Hearts is the first book in the Dark Hearts Mafia series. This is Ares Drakos and Neve Kildare’s story. Ares has quite a few brothers and a sister and Neve's side of the family too. I would think this is setting up for more books! Whoopie!
I have only read one other book by this author and I loved it. So I wanted to read more by Jagger Cole.
I was surprised for an arranged marriage how caring Ares was. Now that wasn’t all good. You can smother someone with overprotectiveness. Theirs is a union between two segments the Irish mafia, Neve and the Greek mafia, Ares. Things are pretty spicy between Neve and Ares.
I loved reading this story and I could barely put it down to go to work. Fortunately for me I was able to do a little reading while at work. This book was a 5 STAR read for me! I am looking forward to the next book in this series. The next story will be Cillian’s. He is Neve and Eilish’s (Neve’s sister) Uncle and is their guardian.

IT WAS VERY GOOD HAHAHHA UPSII didnt even realize i read it in a week 😶 once it started to roll i was down baddddd i loved it super spannend auch wenn ich das Ende erwartet aber auch nicht so erwartet hatte. Smut was top tier auch wenn es am Ende etwas lacking war aber i am on my way to read the extra chapter heheheheheee ich weiß far nicht wie der Anfang war aber als es dann wirklich wirklich losging ging es wirklich los and i was hookeddddd ich freu mich auf das nächste buch 😗✌️ i am a goner erinnert mich an meine obsession mit den rina kent books auch wenn er nicht so krank ist was auch nicht so schlecht ist
