Keira and Gabriel were once best friends and in love until the unthinkable happened. Decades later they find their way back to one another and realize the love they had is still there and stronger than ever.
This one is not for me I didn't read the blurb before starting it so I was not aware that there is a memory loss trope which I don't like since it makes me frustrated while reading.

This was a touching and at times chilling story about Kierra and Gabriel, once childhood best friends turned lovers whose lives are shattered by a car accident that leaves Gabriel's little brother dead and Gabriel with no memories for before the accident. After being ordered out of Gabriel's life by his mother, who blamed Kierra for the accident, Kierra has gone on to marry a rich technology tycoon and become a devoted stepmother to his daughter, age 15 when we meet her. When Kierra's husband hires Gabriel as an architect to design the renovations on their new home, Kierra and Gabriel's worlds collide again 20 years later.
The book contains vivid depictions of domestic violence and verbal and emotional abuse that makes it difficult to read at times. Be aware of this if those things are triggers for you.
I enjoyed the characters in the book (except Henry - Kierra's husband - of course, but most of the other characters I really enjoyed. There is a stellar cast of supporting characters who help to make the book even better. There's a great ending and I left the book feeling satisfied with how everything concluded.

I truly enjoyed the read
I absolutely loved this trope, the memory loss trope was something I didn’t know I’d be this fond of. The way the mmc was connected to the fmc subconsciously, watching them find their way back to each other, and just seeing love prevail was heartwarming. Just what I needed
