Another knock out of the park in this series! The More than Words series just keeps getting better and better. Trace Weston is a ladies man who now has a son and he is family man. When his sister in law asks him to give her friend a night she wont forget will he is not sure he only wants on night. Masey is looking for one night and nothing more. She has be burned in the past and is not looking for anything long term. This story of two people who must move past their own past to find a future with each other. This story is full of humor, steamy romance and a page turning plot!

The only consistent critique I have for this series is that the female love interest always has a POV towards the end. It’s not my favorite. I’d rather have a constant POV changed every couple chapters or something but it’s not my favorite thing to all the sudden switch just for one time

I read More Than Dare You in one day. Trace and Masey's story hooked me quickly. Hot and sweet with very little surprises.

More Than Dare You is the 6th book in the More Than Words series and probably my favorite book to date by this author. More Than Words became a fast favorite when book one released and I have loved each book as much as the first and this was no different. This was amazing! But I expect nothing less from Shayla Black.
In More Than Dare You, we have single dad Trace and beauty influencer Masey and they're sexy as hell relationship. When these two came together, they were only looking for a one-night fling. A much-needed one-night but what they got was so much more. This book is a story of two people who despite what they think, are truly meant for each other. I could tell from the beginning that these were an unforgettable couple and they were. They thought it would be a one time fling. They were both adults and living their lives. They both have a past and they both have baggage. . and both wanting a night of heart and passion with someone, so when they agreed on it, they didn't expect what was to come.
I loved these two! I was rooting for them from the beginning. Single dad tropes are one of my favorites and this beauty ticked all the right boxes for me. Trace was perfect and lustful! I couldn't get enough, he and Masey were perfect and the way their relationship grows and comes together throughout the book and the development throughout the story was on point. I devoured this in one sitting!
As always, Shayla goes above and beyond and delivers an outstanding, all-consuming, addictive, and downright delicious and amazing installment to the series! I can't wait to see what she has planned next!!
I'll be going around two very soon that's for sure!
