Swan’s characterization is *chef’s kiss* I loved these characters to bits and had an absolute blast with this book. Steamy scenes were oh so good and relationships were believable and intriguing.
My two spots of contention:
1) There were some REALLY abrupt transitions between scenes that would take me out of the story and make me reread sections to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. Ex: Big time jumps between two sentences without a visual showing the split (Even an extra space between the sentences would have helped)
2) One of the dates used was 31 September. I was irrationally angry when I read that and am apparently petty enough for it to stick in my craw.
Beyond my complaining about the minor things, seriously, a fantastic book and I’m looking forward to reading more from the author!

Oh wow! Where can I get a Mr Masters? That man is hot! And the story of Bree and him burn up the pages in this taboo romance.
If you are looking for a great smut read, then this is for you. Not only is it dirty, dirty, it is fun and quirky. I can’t tell you how many laugh out loud moments I experienced while reading this book. But it was a lot. But while it was fun it was gut wrenching. I cried many tears and felt the tragedy of the characters journey.
I love this book and am a new fan girl to this author. Can’t wait to see what Spencer’s story entails. On to the next one. Squeal!!!
DNF at 90% I've had enough.
This book started very well, the heroine's character is amazing and I loved the dynamic with the children even the hero was good, but then things started to get out of hand.
At first I really liked how the heroine was clever and strong. She stood her ground and defended herself and the children.
I also liked how they stressed the issue of school bullying and its damage on mental health.
Now let's get to the bad stuff
Half the book is pushed sexual attraction and frustration you skip and skip and almost reach the end but those scenes never end until you decide "ok this is it I'm done"
I said both the heroine and the hero were good but definitely not when they interact. Their flirtatious dialogues are bad and even worse their " we're toxic to each other let's have angry sex" thing; that was infuriating.

This is my first nanny romance. I enjoyed it. Some words/phrases used gave me the ick. I do wish that we got to see the FMCs parents visit, and one of the intimate scenes doesn't make sense in my head (Terminator 2).
I loved the FMC and the MMCs mother. I very much enjoyed the flirty banter.
