I thought I would love Julian after Christopher’s book… I just found him cringy. Even in the end I just felt like he as selfish and he never fully loved her. It was a train wreck I couldn’t stop reading….

I really enjoyed this book but I do wonder why all the books in this world so far have ended with the woman having hundreds of kids.
It's a bit samey and for me, unrelatable. Especially as we are now 5 books in.

'Dancing with an honest devil is so much more appealing than sleeping with a lying god'.
T. L. did it again! Mr. Masters is the first book in the Mr. series. Brielle is a 25 year old Engineer from Australia in England on a working vacation with her friend Emerson. Things start off wrong out of the gate with the new job when she finds out that she’s working for a widower with two children rather than the woman she had pictured. She took on the role of caring for two children, Samuel and Willow, who are motherless and who have a very strong willed father. Julian (AKA Jules) is a judge, nearing 40 and quite beautiful specimen of a man. It was so incredible to read this story and how it unfolded. Julian wanted to keep Nanny Brielle separate from the Brielle that he was attracted to. In order to do this, Julian and Bree begin a series of unique and secret visits to a nearby hotel once a week to explore their steamy sexual chemistry. The writing is well-done, the storyline interesting, and rich with fabulous main characters and secondary ones as well. I highly recommend this book for your reading pleasure.

Kind of torn with this one. It was a great story, a lot more than I would have figured with the typical older man, younger woman trope. These two were great together. My biggest issue, honestly, was just with spelling errors. Once I found the dog's name ending changed once, I kept seeing other things pop up. A good cleaning of the book would be welcome.
That being said, I'd still pick up another book from TL Swan. The reading flows well and the characters have depth to them.

Give it time...
I didn’t think I would like this after the first chapter. I decided to stick with it and really enjoyed it. It had a really good story to it that pulled you in. Julian is a complicated man and Bree wasn’t a ditzy woman. She stands up for herself and isn’t afraid to tell it like it is.

My god! I wish I could go back in time and never start this book. This is written like 2012 fanfiction. Hero has no connection w his kids whatsoever, heroine Nannie’s for his kids and on her first day she calls his daughter a bitch (and much more) to her face. I hate this book so much. I thought that maybe the smut would make up for it, nope. Not memorable in the least. This is by far the worst written book I’ve ever read

Every now and then you need a sexy romantic read where the female protagonist does not annoy you to death. Mr. Masters is that book. I was pleasantly surprised. The age gap did not bother me at all, and Bree was not as ditzy... I found her internal monologue funny. At bedtime I’d find myself saying, “Just one more page!” Fun, fast read with a nice little HEA.
