Buildup was fine but the ending was dog sht—- like she gave up what she wanted and ended up apologizing to the man who was at fault and obviously so damaged but didn’t want to do anything to fix it??!!! Bogus

Babysitter and widowed father? SIGN. ME. UP. I dove into Mr. Masters expecting some steam, sure—but holy hell, I didn’t come prepared for this level of HOT. I needed to mark every sinful, emotional, and gasp-worthy moment.

But this isn’t just about the spice (though, let’s be real, the spice was a full-blown inferno). There’s a deep, aching tenderness layered beneath all the heat. The story navigates grief, trauma, and emotional healing with surprising depth. Watching these two broken souls slowly find their way to each other? It wrecked me.

And that ending? That smile-it-hurts kind of joy? Pure catharsis. I closed this book with a full heart, flushed cheeks, and one thought—damn, that was good.
