I loved this book better than Mr. Wrong Number! The perfect fake dating trope but between friends. Until both start catching feelings.

i knew this book was going to be a 5 star read before i reached 50%
Lynn Painter knows how to write the most perfect characters with the best banter. i laughed out loud and shook my head at Jack and Hallie so much, but i wouldn’t have had it any other way.

friends to lovers is one of those tropes that i don’t enjoy, but if it’s written right, i will enjoy it.

I devoured this baby and left not a single crumb.

i cannot wait to read more by Lynn Painter.
mr. wrong number was my first book by her and this was my second and just another perfect book.
