Having heard all the hype surrounding Lynn Painter, I picked this up as a palette cleanser, but I can't help feeling disappointed. I expected something great, but 'The Love Wager' seemed somewhat mediocre. It seemed to move too quickly and a lot of the events seemed really unrealistic. I did still enjoy it and some of the scenes did make me feel giddy, but I expected more.

This book is so cute. Jack and Hallie are absolutely adorable and I love the progression of their love story. There was WAY too much spice for me

A quick, entertaining read. I wish there was more personal development for each of the lead characters. The miscommunication/misunderstanding seems a little unrealistic to me, but it was still a fun read. Basically a cute, little story.
This was my first book by this author but won’t be my last. The characters were sweet and I liked the dual povs. Also was enjoyable as a quick audiobook
