Oh this book was so good! I forgot how much I love Nicholas Sparks and his books.
I caught on to the plot from the beginning but, it kept me guessing if I was right all the way up to the end.

I haven’t read a Nicholas Sparks book in probably 15 years & this one just wrecked me. Each character was special and found a place in my heart. I had it figured out 38 pages in, but every page after was worth reading.

4.5 ⭐️ this may have been the best book I have read this year. even though I predicted a big aspect of the book, the ending still had me emotional. the character development was amazing and the hint of christmas theme was perfect for this time of year. I would strongly recommend this book especially during this season!!

Nicholas Sparks is just a brilliant storyteller. Period. This was a beautifully tragic story that sucks you in from the start and never lets go. If you don't want to cry, don't read this book! Trigger warning on terminal cancer.
