Like everything else this man has ever written, The Wish made me ugly cry.

It's a poignant story of loss and most importantly, of love and family. It's about how love is always stronger than fear.

I recommend this to everyone because you too must cry lol

I put off reading this knowing it was going to be a sappy love story. It was a sappy love story with a bittersweet ending, and I loved it! Maggie and Brice, Maggie and Mark, Maggie and Maggie bear gave me a much needed love story.

I don’t understand how this book has such a high rating. I found the main character insufferable. Eventually her and Bryce’s relationship became charming (I guess) but I don’t believe that someone like him would fall in love with someone like her. She was right when she said he was too good for her. None of it really felt natural. The ending is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 2.

Not sure why I thought my heart strings could handle a Nicholas Sparks book. What a rookie move

A very classic Nicholas Sparks story. The ending was predictable, yet still had me in tears.

Even though I saw every point of this story coming, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Make sure you bring tissues when you get to the end!

Such a wonderful story where the story, the characters, the descriptions have so much depth. It was a book I couldn’t put down.

“Loved saved me, and I know it’ll save you, too”
