можливо, напишу пізніше відгук (зараз друга ночі, мені прокидатись о сьомій ранку, та й таке), але загалом просто раджу вам прочитати. чудова світобудова (побудована на грецькій міфології, включно з богами!!), незвична магія, приємні (і відразливі) персонажі (я і Іо, головна героїня, are literally the same person), у вчинки та мотивацію яких справді віриш, неймовірна любовна лінія, дійсно цікавий детективний сюжет, ну і атмосферний сетинг - що вам ще треба? ну типу, йдіть читайте, мені більше немає чого додати

The concept of descendents of all the different gods having powers and it being tied to siblings is soooo exciting and novel, absolutely loved it. I enjoyed the characters, and the dynamics between them (even the bad dynamics made for interesting interactions). 

My one gripe is that the Io's motivations for her opinions and behaviours were sometimes a little confusing.

I still don't completely understand how she got so mad at Bianca for... Saving the Silts? Which is exactly the same thing that Io wants?

Regardless, with that cliffhanger (although not a very bad one), I'm definitely reading the second book.
