Anyone getting frustrated with a love triangle or…well anything in Stephanie Plum’s life is taking things way too seriously. These books are hilarious and I think I loved this one the most. Especially if measured by moments of involuntary laughing out loud. My local librarian called me today to let me know that the sixth is waiting for me and I can’t get there fast enough to check it out.
This one had a little more Ranger than I prefer, although Stephanie's jobs for Ranger -- chauffer, apartment guard -- almost all ended up in someone or something blowing up spectacularly. Stephanie's impromptu sidekicks in this book, Bunchy and Randy Briggs the little person, weren't as fun as some of the other's she's had, and Grandma didn't get tag long as much as I'd like. Still, as far as plot goes, it was well done, and had a lot in common with the first book in the series.
I usually can’t figure out who the bad guy is. But 3/4 of the way through I was guessing the bank guy. I almost thought the wife had something to do with it lol but she was just happy to buy new things. And thank God Ramirez is gone!!!!!!!! Ugh
loving the evolution of characters, not just Stephanie, but Lula, Ranger....it's really adding to the storyline. But seriously, I've never been left hanging for the next book, in any series, like the way this one ended! Janet's just downright cruel with this ending! LOVE IT!

Stephanie Plum finds herself in more ridiculous, funny, and scary situations both on the job and in her love life. I really enjoyed this book and am dying to know what happened after that cliffhanger of an ending!
Might be a tie with the third book for my fave, mostly because of the end and the fact that I stayed up too late to finish it last night.
Ok, these books are laugh out loud, I don't REALLY wanna think, but just be entertained, but don't want to feel like an idiot after I've read them- type of books.
Haha stun gun.

So OK, this is intellectual popcorn. So what? Sometimes popcorn is the very right thing. Especially on a transatlantic flight.

This was my favorite Stephanie Plum so far. I feel like Evanovich really hit her stride in this one, and it's just non-stop action, which leads to non-stop reading, which makes for a very satisfied me. :)
