From the first page until the last page this book kept me on the edge of my seat. So well written and the twists are believable. We live in a scary world full of scary people and this book brings so much honesty to the bad things people do every day and tells the story of how a few people see what is happening and work to put an end to it. I really loved every character even the bad guys. Can't wait to read more by this author.
I received this book through a Goodreads Giveaway. I was totally enthralled by this story. Usually I am frustrated by a character, especially a cop, trying to handle a situation on their own, but it totally worked here. The author did a fabulous job of making Elise's motivations both believable and necessary. I am looking forward to reading more from this author and hope Elise and Rowan get their own series.
