This is full of helpful hacks that line up with what I know to be evidence-based facts. The constant plug for Jessie's Glucose Goddess Instagram page, however, was a bit much. It was like having commercials interrupt my reading.

I loved how the information is presented and I’m already benefiting from the hacks! However, I had to deduct 1/4 a star for how many times she mentioned her Instagram account (which is amazing BTW but still got annoying 😅)
