okay this one was interesting and just an off-the-shelf audiobook that I picked up.  it read in a Criminal Minds type way, very mysterious. i was eager to keep listening. i think it would have been a pretty god page-turner if I was reading the physical book.  overall you don't get a lot of answers or background throughout, and there are a lot of twists and turns. an okay read / listen if you want to fill your time.

The Crash by Freida McFadden is just a whirlwind of things I didn't see coming. Trigger warning because I come from romance: There is a pregnancy conceived from a rape, and there are some very brief flashbacks to the event. You find this out pretty early on, so it's not a huge spoiler. Every time I thought I'd figured it out, something else popped up and blew my mind. While thrillers are not usually my thing, if you want one you definitely can't predict the ending of, this one's for you.

I’ve seen so many positive reviews for this author but I could not get into this book.  I really hated the writing style and the main character.  It read as if the fourth wallwas broken constantly.  The main character got on my nerves so many times, the pregnancy aspect was an ick for me.  I have no idea what really was the actual point of this story.
