Such a comforting read full of found family and cozy vibes. I liked the characters at the inn and how funny they were. The slow building romance with a male character who wasn't a complete jerk was a refreshing change of pace. There were a few sudden tonal shifts in the writing that felt jarring and the climatic moment fell a little flat for me, as did the ending. Those knocked it down a half star but I would still read more from this author and in this world without hesitation.
