This was a satisfying book - no twists and sudden deaths. Thank God

KURDA MY LOVE. MY LIFE. HE IS EVERYTHING TO ME I WOULD DIE FOR HIM IM GOING TO CRY

dnf, unfortunately :((

I love this series with all my heart, but this book just didn't do it for me.

I wish we could have focused more on the entire plot of the series and Darren's mourning, I should have realized sooner that this was more of a "filler" I would have skipped it a lot sooner.

The new character Spits was honestly annoying and the primary reason I dropped the book so I don't think I'll ever know what happened to him.

Also, I accidentally spoiled the book for myself and though it was shocking I felt confused. I thought, "How could Harkat be them if-" but I also remembered haha "nevermind I don't care about this arc".

Of course, I will continue the series, I just couldn't get through this one :/

5 Stars

BEST BOOK IN THE SERIES SO FAR. I can't grasp on how much I loved Lake Of Souls. I loved that in this book Darren and Harkat are on their own adventure. I loved the new world in this book and I was so intrigued to find out who Harkat used to be!

Loved, loved, loved, loved and loved this book. I am seriously scared to finish this amazing series. ONLY TWO BOOKS LEFT UGH ;_;

LO SABÍA.

While it was an interesting story, it didn't feel like a necessary story to tell in this series. The information in this book expanded the world and explained some information, but it felt like the world grew too much and became confusing. There was more action in this book than the previous ones and it felt like a bit of an improvement over the previous few books.
