I still have issues with the main romance, BUT there was so much going on in this book that I couldn't stop reading. The end was pretty much perfect--my favorite kind of heartbreak. My favorite part of these books is how Rose and Lissa are slowly starting to question their society and this takes a much larger role in this book. Also, I love Adrian.

Sad, still a little too adult for what I think of as a teen book. Sex is mentioned. But my favorite in the series thus far.

And once again I find myself heartbroken and shattered, because this ending was more than I could endure (even though I’ve endured it so many times already).

No matter how many times I read and reread this book, the ending always seems to tear and shred me apart. It’s unreal how words and a story are able to affect readers the way they do❤️‍

Not what I expected for some reason but then again I'm not surprised. Definitely the most action packed of the three books I think the next will be interesting, I hope it will be interesting. The good thing about this book I that for some odd reason no matter how much the characters may get annoying, e.g. Rose being stubborn can get on your nerves so much that you have to pause just to think about how stupid she's being, I still can't bring myself to fully stop reading. In a way Rose getting on my nerves isn't surprising but she only annoys so much because I can see myself in her if that makes sense, she does dumb things like keeping secrets from the people she loves because she doesn't want to bare her problems on to them, I do that everyday and it's a thing that annoys me about myself.

Anyway that doesn't matter but it is a good read, I'm dying to start the next book.

Plot twists! I really enjoyed the added layers Mead is adding in to Rose. And of course DIMITRI!

Okay, wow, where to start. Another great installment in the Vampire Academy series and it’s supposed to get even better. I could just read the entire series right now but I need to wait. I want to enjoy it for as long as possible. I also don’t own the two last books haha.

It’s hard to talk about the book without spoiling anything but let’s just say that this one is as good or a little better than the second one. The strigoi are still the main threat but there’s some other stuff going on as well. In the end it all comes together in a huge fight at St. Vladimirs. There aren’t many new characters introduced but there are some that we lost. The ending is quite the plot twist and will change the course of the series. I’m excited to dive into the next book!

Shadow Kiss is, like the other books, fast paced and action packed. There’s never a moment I thought it was dragging. I loved the plot twists, all of them. Also loved the romance in this one. All in all it’s obvious I loved the whole thing. Not 5-star-material but still really good.

This was a rather short review, hope you don’t mind!

I loved this entire book... And then the ending ripped me apart.
