I freakin' love Travis Maddox!!! That is all.
I felt is was almost identical to beautiful disaster. You only get a tiny bit more insight into Travis and a bit of an epilogue with the a 11 years later story.
I started this book in June 2013 and FINALLY FINALLY got around to finishing it :)
I wish this book had been different than Beautiful Disaster. It was almost exactly the same, and that was a disappointment. But I liked this one better and recommend this one over BD.
This book is pointless. It just a retelling of Beautiful Disaster, except from Travis's point of view. The only good thing is Dan Bittner reading it. Also, the sheer number of times Travis calls Abby, Pidgeon is exhausting.
I feel the reason I didn’t Enjoy this book as much as the first one is because I read it one after the other and I felt it was just repeated but just in different words which is like every book where the second book in the guys point of view which is why I tend to stay clear of them as I’m not a huge fan of them. But I still really enjoyed this book. I loved seeing moments in Travis I wanted to see you in the first book and I’m glad we got to see that in this book. I found myself annoyed at Abby when I was in travis’s mind but then annoyed at Travis when I was in abby’s mind. So it goes to show that you need to put yourself in the other persons shoes to understand what they see and what they do and why.
