A very good adaptation of the first book but falls of in the second
The art is absolutely stunning and for that alone, it's a 5 star read! I feel as though you need to have read or have some background knowledge of the original books to get the nuances of everything happening, but I appreciated how the adapters tied up some loose ends, like Princess appearing in the beginning of the book rather than just showing up at random. It felt a little too fast paced for my taste, but I am not usually a graphic novel reader. I'm looking forward to all future graphic novels! I hope they continue past The Prophecies Begin!

SO NOSTALGIC! The art style is just like the animatics I used to watch in middle school, which is why I picked it up in the first place, and man, this is so fun to read as an adult. Something about these silly, angry cats, man. I forgot just how much happened in the first arc, but I am so excited to read the others!
this graphic novel adaptation is everything i wanted as a child!! the art and coloring styles are perfect for this series, and the way the cats look almost completely matches what ive had in mind for over a decade.
while i do dislike the incredibly fast pacing i understand it is difficult to convert every single little scene and detail into a graphic novel, and i think the illustrators did a great job of picking the most important scenes and portrayed them very well!!! ill be rereading the series as i wait and look forward to the next books release!! :]

Different art style than I am used to for the series. Can't say I care for the books to be turned into graphics, but each to their own. Was nice to relive the events without having to reread the books!
