I enjoyed it and it seems to be a good therapeutic exercise. It took me a while to finish because some parts drag. But I enjoyed it

This is the author's reflections and messages to the younger version of her self. She utilizes the real journal entries she wrote back when, and she writes and illustrates what she wishes she would have known and heard then, as well as explains who she is now. I listened to a podcast this week that talked about the need to give grace and compassion to the earlier versions of ourselves, and this is so much that. It was a great window in, and it made me think about what I might write back to my younger self.

I loved this graphic novel where "grown-up" Sophie re-reads diaries from her younger years and writes back to her. I would also like to recommend Sophie's newsletter, "You Are Doing A Good Enough Job" https://goodenoughjob.substack.com/ which is an absolute treasure to have show up in your inbox.
