I was afraid I would not like the ending, but it ended up being different than I anticipated. I look forward to seeing the Netflix adaptation.

Watched the Netflix mini-series in London, thought I’d give the book a go! And behold: it was wonderful! Both are expertly done and completely capitalize on their respective mediums. Well versed and slyly paced, the voices and aesthetics of Kate and the Whitehouses are so clear, so refined and compelling! Love an intrigue

ALSO I reveled in the six (6!) different shakespeare references to four different plays! Very subtle, very effective, big fan

Decent book, but I feel as if there were too many character storylines for them to each get fleshed out enough. I could have done with a more in depth viewpoint on fewer. Also, it made me a bit angry but mostly because it was so true to what actually happens in real life.
