This is probably the most unique book that I’ve ever read. This is the first book of Kurt Vonnegut I’ve read and it's astounding how different his writing style is to any other book I’ve read.

I read this book for school, for a project about banned books and I made a wonderful choice by reading this book. This book was banned for sexual content, but honestly there wasn't much content I would think is too strong, just some mentions of porn and such but not anything I would consider explicit.

I would recommend this to anyone interested in some more unusual books and something more deep than it really seems.

Oh, sweet meta! How I love this book for that. The rest of it I could sort of take or leave, unfortunately? But the meta, the glorious meta: anyone who is attempting to write any sort of metafiction at all should have to read this book.

This book was fantastic until the last 40 pages or so.... when the author became part of the plot and seemingly had a mid-life crisis right on the page lol.... I don't know if that was the original intention but damn it felt really out of place. Kilgore Trout is a great character!

This was an acid trip of a book. Unique writing style which at times I thought "right on, man" and others I thought "oh no".  Lots of slurs (n-word, m-word, Chinamen, etc) which really felt uncomfortable and no longer right on.  Much of this book dragged on, when the plot started to pick up, a new character would be introduced and we'd go on a long tangent. I'm going to have to read some literary analysis to understand what I just read.

Skaityti „Breakfast of Champions“ – vienas malonumas, o kitos jo knygos pasistūmėjo į „reikia perskaityti“ sąrašo viršų. http://www.jauti.lt/tarp-lentynu-v/
