Sisters in Bloom is the 2nd installment of Melissa Foster’s “Love In Bloom”. I enjoyed this story with Kailey Snow and Chaz Crew. The characters were well-developed. They are also fun, smart, beautiful, and quite sexy. Melissa is great at writing between-the-sheets scenes and they are so HOT. BJ Harrison is the narrator for the audio version. I love the voice of BJ Harrison. It is smooth, sensual, and provides an aural sensation of the HOTTEST kind.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. ****

The sisters are back and moving forward in life. They are each in relationships and learning to trust the men in their lives as their father was not the most glowing example when they were kids. This issue came up in the book time and time again.

I loved continuing the girls' stories and reading about how each was going to take their life forward. Although in the first book the men were introduced and played a part, this book took their characters to the next level and I felt as though I really got to know them more and fell in love with them! The presence of their mom was great, she was a character that I hope to see more of in the next book.

I'm not sure how to rate this book. The writing was great as usual with Melissa Foster. No disappointment at all in that regards. I enjoyed any mention of Danica and Blake. Their story, and progress was absolutely enjoyable to read.

My only issue, and why I had trouble with this novel is Kaylie. She frustrated and annoyed me in equal parts. I found her sections of the novel difficult to read, and I will admit to skipping ahead so I could get more of Danica and Blake in some instances. This was my personal preference though, and nothing to do with Melissa Foster as a writer. I just couldn't enjoy this character for my own reasons.

That said I look forward to finishing the series.

Sisters in Bloom, the second novel in Melissa Foster's Love in Bloom: Snow Sisters series, is full of drama, misunderstandings and romance. Danica Snow is happy with Blake and her youth center is thriving. Kaylie Snow is in the midst of major turmoil as she prepares for the upcoming birth of her baby.

Danica is at a good place in her life. No longer a therapist, she has accomplished her goal of opening a youth center and her relationship with Blake is flourishing. But as we soon discover, there is still room for improvement in her life. Danica is reluctant to take the next step in her relationship with Blake and she falls back on old defense mechanisms to protect herself.

In the beginning, Kaylie is still the immature, self-centered and irritating character we were introduced to in the first book. And to make matters worse, we (and her poor fiancé Chaz) are subjected to over-the-top hormone induced mood swings. Kaylie's insecurities are at a fever pitch as she faces a career crisis, her unresolved issues stemming from her parents' long ago divorce and her inability to see herself as more than just a pretty face. After her kneejerk reactions cause her to leap to some wildly inaccurate and unsubstantiated conclusions, Kaylie's discussions with Danica force her to face some unpleasant truths and Kaylie finally faces her problems head on. Her character from this point is much more likable and sympathetic.

Kalyie's relationship with Chaz is fraught with tension. Her careening emotions cause her to lash out at Chaz as he tries to help her find viable alternatives for her faltering musical career. When a person from his past re-emerges, Chaz's mishandling of the situation causes tension between the couple. Fortunately their misunderstanding is quickly and easily cleared up and they use the opportunity to strengthen their relationship.

The ending of Sisters in Bloom is a happy one for Danica and Kaylie and their respective partners. It beautifully sets the stage for Sisters in White, the next installment of Melissa Foster's Love in Bloom: Snow Sisters series.

Sisters in Bloom is the second book in the Snow Sisters series, This book focuses mainly on Kaylie and Chaz’s relationship. With Kaylie being pregnant the pressure she is putting herself under to find work is depressing her. She is getting angry a lot of the time and taking it out on Chaz. Kaylie also doesn’t want to turn into her mother and wants to keep her career once the baby is born. Will that change? There are a lot of pressures for Chaz too with an ex conquest trying to ruin him. On the other side of the coin Danika and Blake are going very strong. Very in love and it is time for that next step, move in together and maybe get married. Can Danika let herself go with it or will her fretting over her sister ruin everything Danika has for Blake?

I loved that Sisters in Bloom carried on from where Sisters in Love ended. I felt I got to know Kaylie really well, which I was looking forward too since book one was mainly about Danika and the references to Kaylie painted her a quite a wild child. I am glad she has mellowed slightly since being pregnant. I also felt I got to know a few other characters well, Dave’s widow and Randy. There was a little surprise at the end and I cannot wait to read the next book in the series.

Very well written and gripping read from a great author.

I got an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

After having read the first book in the series, I was hooked and wanted to know more about Danica and Kaylie. When we start reading this book, we see Kaylie, who is about to have a baby, living with Chaz Crew, the hottie organiser of the local film festival. We also see Danica, who has quit her profession as a therapist and has a solid relationship with Blake. We will follow them while they try to figure out their relationships and the several changes in their lives.

I have enjoyed reading this book, but Kaylie was too overdramatic and she annoyed me the whole book. Being pregnant is not an excuse for being so utterly selfish. The character of Danica has changed too, mainly because she is in love and has lost her former stuck-up personality. We see more interaction between the two sisters here while they try to overcome different problems: their mother's new life, teenage love triangles, and lovers from the past that will make an appearance. Will they be able to see beyond the problems and see the love they have inside? Will they be willing to make changes in order to be happier?

The characters are well defined, but some of them are too overdramatic and it is almost impossible to like them. As for the story, it is quite entertaining although somehow predictable. I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Sisters In Bloom is book 2 of Melissa Foster's series. Melissa gives good series.

This book focuses on Kaylie and her path to love. Danica is still a prominent voice in the book. She still kind of annoys me.

I give this book 3 stars because I felt like Danica's voice was too prevalent. Even when Kaylie was speaking it felt like it was Danica.

I still enjoyed to book and can't wait to see the conclusion in book 3.

The author has done it again, another awesome book.

Kaylie is now eight months pregnant and living with Chaz. They’ve decided on waiting to get married until after the baby comes and have also decided to wait to find out what the sex of the baby, this makes quite the surprise ending.

Danica has given up her practice and has started the youth center that she had always wanted to. She’s not technically living with Blake yet because she’s afraid of letting go of her safety net which is her apartment even though she’s never there.

Kaylie really got on my nerves through most of the book... Was happy to see her grow up a little by the end. She still has room for improvement though...
