Fun and charming, very reminiscent of the good old days when you were just a student with no “real world” problems; back when everything was simple. Splashed with Bob Ong humor and the usual socioeconomic and sociopolitical commentary, this collection of anecdotes from his youth up to college and even his work life will make you feel nostalgic, yearning for way back when.

I read this when I was in fourth grade. I was browsing through the library and idk what's got into me that I picked this and while waiting for the school bus that afternoon, I read this. Finished this for like, 4 hours? I think. I was a rookie in reading that time, so apologies.

So relatable and incredibly nostalgic. I've read this before when I was younger and remembered how much I relate to it as a student. Reading it now again as an adult and it's still as relatable. Of course, the education system has changed now from when this book first came out but the experiences narrated in it still rang true. It's not just nostalgic but also kind of an eye opener in regards to the education system.
