Creo que es el perfecto cierre para la primera parte de la saga. Me gustaría saber más del futuro de Kit.

This is definitely a bridge book, so it's not as satisfying as most of the other books in this series. But it's still really, really good.
It was super fun to catch up with pretty much everyone in this book, although I will admit that my personal favorites didn't get as much page time as I might have liked (I understand that we don't need to catch up with Aden and Zaira yet, because the last book was about them, but my other faves, Vaughn and Faith and Max and Sophia are just not in this book enough. Personal preference!). I was also kind of surprised by how much Annie is in this book, since she's really not important to the book world overall. But that one scene near the end with her and spoiler was very satisfying. Also, pupcubs. Can't wait to read what's next. But I have to! Alas!

Not as spicy as I wanted it to be, but I still loved it!
I can imagine Nalini Singh finishing this book, pointing at all her beloved characters she’s created over the years, shouting “You get a HEA! And you get a HEA! EVERYBODY GETS A HEA!”
And since we’ve followed them from the beginning, this book reads as both a farewell to our mains and a new beginning for the psy/changeling world. It’s both joyous and heartbreaking. I’ll miss them! But Singh has not steered us wrong yet, I’ll follow her into that good night.

It's been over a year since I last visited the Psy-Changeling world and I felt the pull this week. Singh has increased the ante in the last few volumes. Of course there's still a strong romantic element--that's her signature, after all, but the global politics between the Changelings, the Humans, the Forgotten, and the Psy have become absorbing for me. This change in focus is noticeable in the cover art for recent books. They no longer feature headless, shirtless male torsos. With the introduction of plotlines focusing on Psy main characters, clothed male figures became more prevalent, followed by this novel with a much more abstract image. I don't mind one little bit!
This story involves a big win for multi-species co-operation. Working together, they recover a kidnapped member of the aquatic shapeshifter community. The wolves and leopards may be leading the way, but other groups are seeing the benefits of the Trinity group too. Now the challenge will be deflecting the malign influences of the Consortium.
There's a little too much baby kissing in this book for my taste, but I decided at age 11 that children were not on my list of life goals. I realize that I am in the minority on this issue. Babies agree with me, however; they start to fuss soon after some well meaning person insists that I hold them. Inexperienced as they are, infants recognize a rank amateur.
I had hoped to plunge on into the next book and was ever so disappointed to find that it would be necessary to wait. Humph! But Libby promises that a copy will be available soon. I certainly hope so.

**********UPDATED**********
I have caught up and read all the books leading up to this one and it makes my reading experience of Allegiance of Honor that much more richer. There's so much good stuff in here, you need to read carefully or you might miss something wonderful!
*********************************************
I had the opportunity to review an early copy of ALLEGIANCE OF HONOR. I have read past Psy/Changeling books and I’ve enjoyed them, but they’ve never fully enthralled me like the author’s Guild Hunter series has.
I haven’t read the last several books in the series, but the story does have many of my favorite characters, including Lucas, Sascha, Naya and the rest of the DarkRiver Leopards, the Arrows, Hawke and the SnowDancer Wolves, several other changeling packs, and a bunch more characters I’ve just recently met! The book doesn’t center around one hero/heroine but has many interconnecting storylines. It can be difficult to incorporate so many characters into one book but I think Ms. Singh handled it beautifully!
I was lost in some areas and that’s because, as mentioned above, I haven’t read all the previous books (which I definitely recommend doing), but I was able to find my footing without too much confusion. Whether or not I was previously introduced to a character, never affected the powerful words and entertaining scenes in the book.
What I loved most about the book was the romance! So much love and it was entertaining to experience so many happily ever afters in one book! There’s one storyline that pulled at my heartstrings and that was of the human priest Xavier Perez. His struggles with his faith and his feelings for his one true love just...wow. So powerful.
If you love exciting, entertaining, spectacular world building with complex plots, relatable characters and witty dialogue, you’ll find it all in a Nalini Singh novel. I highly recommend this and every book by the author!
***I was gifted an eBook copy from the publisher via Net Galley in exchange for an honest review. All conclusions reached are my own***

A perfect epilogue to the series. We get to see a little bit of all of our favorite characters and wrap up the major plot threads from the "first season", as the author calls this series.

Welp... umm... I don't know what to do now.
This was really a unique book. It also completely emotionally wrecked me. It wasn't a traditional romance - it was really more of 480 pages of goodbye to these characters. It ties up a lot of little ends and preps for the next era of the story. Seeing all my favorites in soft ways hit me in all the feels. And... I really still can't stop...
