Loved this book! Liked getting to know more about Atticus and his and Avery’s past relationship. Loved seeing Avery get a little tougher and handle more physically!

J bree you have done it again!! I love that Avery accepts her love for both men. I love how Avery knows what she wants but is also slowly changing and she doesn't even realize it. and Jake! Omg I truly did not see that coming. Lucy is my new girl and I cant wait to see more of her. Just when you think things cant get crash you get to the end and its like your heart stops. I cant wait for more!

I’m going to start by saying I love this book BUT with that being said I AM NOT OKAY! Like at all. So much happens in the book and it had me feeling all the emotions. I was so happy for Avery. Then was crying at a few points cursing my kindle at others, I mean this book made me feel it all. You are getting to see how Avery is finally becoming who she wants to me and starting to be comfortable in her own self again after everything and then it all goes sideways for her. There was some light in a dark time though and I was so happy to have seen that
Avery is the Queen for sure! I love that we see her and her little harem grow... (some more than others) I mean the Crow needs to get his life together but at least he cares even if he doesn't know how to show it and just smothers her. I love the Mounts Bay universe and the continuous character cross over. If you have read the other books in J. Bree's series we get to see their stories expand and become bigger which feels like epilogues we all were begging for!
