Very cute short story with an interesting take on fairies serving out family debts, different types of dragons and princesses being normal.

Das war ganz süß, aber ich denke, Gail Carriger entfaltet ihre volle Stärke auf wenigstens Novellenlänge!

Whilst I didn't think this short story was as strong as Carriger's longer works, it was a fun, quick read. I liked the humour and thought the tea cup communicators were fantastic!

Absolutely precious. A complete departure from the shared world of her more popular series, this Carriger short story is a new fairy tale that was an absolute delight. Great story for all ages, very clever and funny. Thumbs up for a quick treat of a short story!

A fun take on the idea of a fairy godmother and the fairy tale world. Not Carriger's usual world but still with touches that remind you of the Parasol protectorate humour and world view
