This was such a fun short winter romance in the Bro Code series. I have enjoyed this series and you don't need to read the others to be immersed in this story. 

I love a good age gap romance plus and now storm - sign me up. There's no 3rd act break up and the story is very well developed for a short story. 

Emma Wilder and Sebastian York did a great job on the narration.

I was surprised how short this book was, a bit less than half than Levi’s book. So more of a novella. Not a bad story, but not a lot of character development.

This is a slightly different take on a Christmas novella. It highlights how complicated the holiday season can be for some, something I really appreciated. I liked the main characters pretty well and I really enjoyed the setting. My one complaint is that we aren't given the opportunity to really get a firm grasp on who the characters are beyond the surface level. Given the number of Aspen's hang-ups, I felt it really could have benefited from a few more chapters. I will say that I appreciated the lack of a third-act break-up. Those can become tedious so it's nice to have a break from all that.

A cute little Christmas novella. Haven’t read any of the others in the series but a great explanation of all of the supporting characters, I didn’t feel lost. Short and sweet and cute. Low stakes.
