Not the best, it was just okay I think.

I didn't learn something new from it, so maybe that's why I gave it a 2 stars rating. :)

Excellent audiobook! He has an amazing Scottish accent and he really kicked me into gear. He also uses Arnold Schwarzenegger as an example, so he is my kinda guy. Excellent "advice" and "mantras" to keep oneself out of your own head.

Nothing revolutionary. Pretty much my current life philosophy so thats really affirming.

First off I don’t read non-fiction well in book form. It doesn’t transportation you to another world, so this 9 chapter book took way longer for me to read than it should.  The content is common sense if you can get out of your own way.  Stop making excuses for yourself and just get things done. He says a lot of things that make a lot of sense when thinking about your personal or professional life. Just get out there and do it.

"Unfuk Yourself" is a no-nonsense, empowering guide to breaking free from self-doubt and limiting beliefs. With straightforward language and tough-love advice, Bishop challenges readers to stop making excuses and take responsibility for their own lives. The book provides practical tools and a mindset shift to help you take control, stop overthinking, and start making real changes. It's a great read for anyone looking for motivation and a push to stop holding themselves back.

Helped me to climb out of a pit.

A great starting point for people to analyze how their thoughts impact their actions and change those patterns. I also appreciated that each Chapter focused on a specific affirmation or "personal assertion" as Bishop calls them. Overall an easy and motivational read.

One of the best things about this book is the Bishops accent! I think that I will be changing my rating of the book, originally I gave it a 3 star but there are things in this book that has really stuck with me. I have recommended this book to multiple people now.

I wrote down the chapter names and read them aloud every few days. I enjoyed the non-gentle way that he spoke to the reader but I know this book don't be for everyone.
inspiring reflective fast-paced

Short read just sometimes a bit boring, very to the point. I definitely liked most of the takes of the author on different topics. Very inspirational.
