Even if you think your life is pretty good, there is stuff to learn here. A good set of principles to look at your life with and make some change. The workbook that goes with this is pretty good too. Both as audio books was quite effective.

Kirjassa kannustetaan etenemään kohti unelmia ja eteenpäin. Mulle aina herää kysymys että mitä jos ei kaipaa eteenpäin? Olenko liian jumissa huomatakseni mitään, vai olenko niin tyytyväinen elämääni ettei ole tarvetta edetä mihinkään. Eikö voisi vain olla ja nauttia.

I absolutely loved it!! I already bought the rest of the set. So much I needed to hear and I plan on getting out of my head and into my life! Scratch that. I am not planning, I AM DOING IT!!!
