The audiobook is wesomely read by the author.

Simple ideas and motivation to get off your ass, don't expect anything, and just do what's really important to you.
challenging inspiring reflective fast-paced

Good advice but nothing new and superficial. No action plan for implementation other than “just do it”. Also very repetitive; it could have been an article.

This is a motivational speech from a white guy, for white guys. Unfucking yourself is easy, assuming you already have the privilege, access, and mental health to only have choices for barriers.

A very take no shit self help book. I'm probably going to check out some of his other work because I feel like homeboy read tf out me.

This book was on my radar for a while, but its cover turned me off. Recently, I saw a book review on social media and finally decided to read it. The author's message is very clear. Your happiness, success, and life are all up to you. You are solely responsible for your own life no matter what undesirable family life you had or unfortunate events you experienced in the past. If you want to change your life or situation, you must be willing to take action. You have the power to change and thrive. It's all within your reach. The author is straightforward. His direct, no-nonsense, tough-love approach is quite simple.

Honestly, this isn't the type of book I need in my life right now, but this book can inspire and empower you if you read it at the right moment.
