It's a self-help book so I kinda bounce around when I read it.

Effective book. No BS approach. No science of the brain involved just straight facts.

A really short but great book! Listened to an audiobook version narrated by Angus King and he was bloody brilliant! One of those self help books that says a lot of things that you’ve heard before but just says it in a way that clicks and makes you go “I do that!” and “you’re right!” and “I’m going to start today!”, well at least for me anyway. Loved the use of all the quotes. Highly recommend!

Some of this content is solid - the embrace of uncertainty is a gamechanger. But then, he's arguing that we need to control our thoughts to change the way we appreciate and interact with our lives.

Later, he explains that we cannot control our thoughts.
