So... I really enjoyed Knox's story in Playing Hard to Get. I wasn't sure much could top that.
But Blair and Cam's story was EVEN better. I could NOT get enough of these two.
My favorites stories are forbidden ones. There is just something about the sneaking around that gets my blood flowing. Cam's story just got me right in the heart. I'm not sure how you couldn't love him. He was so gone for Blair. I love a hero that can admit he needs help. Blair is a no nonsense type of gal. She was direct, forgiving and such a great person.

A sports romance with brothers best friend, secret dating? It's an immediate yes from me.
I knew I was going to love Cam after loving him in the first book and I was not let down!
Book number two runs parallel to Knox and Jojo's book and it was a lot of fun to see everyone interact.
Cam and Blair are incredible together. Their mutual pining was cute and I love how persistent Blair was. Sometimes you really need someone who sees the good in you when you can't see it yourself and that's what Blair was to Cam.
Sign me tf for the next one I can't wait!

I thought it would be difficult to beat Knox & Joanna’s story, but I loved Cam & Blair’s story so much more. I am truly a sucker for the brother’s best friend trope & Monica killed it with this one.

I enjoyed this one more than the first standalone, but the brother’s best friend didn’t work so much for me.
She was constantly chasing him, and he was constantly worried about the brother. I did like them when they were together and able to ignore the brother. I wish he wouldn’t have been such a factor.

This book was an easy read, and it was very cute. But because of there were some cringe parts because of that.
This story is a trope that happens a-lot. The “brother’s best friend” one trope that can be good or bad. This book was in the middle, it wasn’t good or bad.
⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄ Blair in the first book was meant to be kind of nerdy. She was all was studying and was claim. But in this book she was anything, but that. In this one I don’t remember a time when she was like that, she was more of a pick me. She would always be obsessed with cam, and I felt like that was her only personality trait that she had. Which is not a good thing to just be know for.

Cam comes from a broken home we’re his parents are not together, and he doesn’t want to be his dad. What can drive a man absolutely crazy than the girl he’s not supposed to have? Enter Blair a sweet sexy girl who just happens to be his best friend's little sister. Camden is going crazy with the moves that Blair is pulling and it’s not just her hair. When you can find the person you can be yourself with you find your other half. Cam and Blair are the other half who know it takes work and communication.
Murphy takes us into the look of the mind of what it means to be the best and surround yourself with those who can handle your fame. She does a great job and loved seeing Knox’s story from a different POV.
