Incredible. Exceeded expectations. WOW this book definitely solidified Tom Robbins spot as my favorite author and even relegated him to the role of Personal Inspiration. I swear this man has the best use of language on this earth it is incredible. And the pace and breadth of the biography is a wonder too. It makes me think twice about the common fallacy that your life and success solidifies in your early twenties. I had no idea his first novel wasn’t written until he was in his late 30s. And such a good ass novel at that. I’m glad to have read so many of his books and I’m even more glad that I have more to read.

As much as I loe Tom Robbins, this book was a struggle for me. Still, reading about his exploits as a young man were lovely if not a bit....long-winded at times.

When I finished this book I was left with a big smile on my face!
Having read nothing by Tom Robbins, I only picked up this novel because of a recommendation, I didn't know what to expect. However, I soon became obsessed with his effortless writing style, which made TPP feel like a game.

*2.5-3*Μου άρεσε το βιβλίο,γέλασα πολύ,ίσως σε ορισμένα κεφάλαια μου φάνηκε λίγο υπερβολικός, αλλα δεν μου χάλασε την συνολική εικόνα του βιβλίου.
Η γραφή του Ρόμπινς ειναι μοναδική,με τόσο χιούμορ που δύσκολα βρίσκεις σε βιβλίο!
