Mostly Harmless

I might be one of the few people who actually liked this book. I liked Random Frequent Flyer Dent. I liked the sense of certain doom that had been ringing through the whole book. I liked the guide that came from nowhere and went nowhere. But most of all, I liked the King.

Mostly Harmless is the last, the most useless and definitely the worst book in the series. I didn't think it could be much worse than the fourth, but I was wrong. It was really confusing. The whole alternate universe with Tricia didn't make much sense and it got even more confusing when you throw Ford, Arthur and the actual Trillian into the mix, not forfetting Random of course. Also, the ending was terrible. Overall, this whole series has been a huge disappointment and I'm just happy it's over.

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I've enjoyed all the books so far but this one was a step above. So five stars it is.

Wow, what a disappointing end to the series. If this was a finished work, I can't imagine I want to read "And Another Thing..."

This one was very random, but I quite enjoyed it. It also had a better depiction of human emotions and needs along with some fun commentary.
