I see the theme of possibly getting the Philosopher’s Stone and the not actually getting it will be reoccurring a lot lol This volume was definitely more action packed and had some dark themes. Poor Nina

This was a very sad and moving story. The continuation of the first book is a very sad tale of a alchemist who turns bad- in the most disturbing, disgusting way that a human being could ever become. The alchemist is known as the "Sewing-life Alchemist", Shou Tucker.
It was a very interesting and good story. I must say though, I was very disturbed with what happened with Shou Tucker and how desperate he was to keep his title as state alchemist. I don't know how a human being could sink so low- and defile his family the way he did. I was absolutely horrified!
It was a very shocking turn of events that one. I am glad Scar came into the picture. A unknown alchemist of "mysterious talents". He's a mysterious one, that one. He seems to be only killing and after state alchemists. But why? ... The story of that was not shocking. No wonder he's killing all the state alchemists!
All in all, a very good read! Had a lot of shocking events and twist and turns/ I look forward to seeing Edward continue on his journey.

Foi uma daqueles casos em que saber o que ia acontecer tornou a estória mais forte. Tantos pormenores que escaparam da primeira vez...
I loved the new characters that were introduced and I love following Ed and Al. I’m so loving it so far and I’m so excited to continue the journey with them!
I'm pretty into this. Now I have to wait like a month for the next volume to come back, though /o\
