This book series is about video games for like all of 1/4 of the first book and then never again. Then it becomes monster fae games in a very Hunger Games kinda way. Confusing. Was disappointed there wasn't more video game involvement because that would have absolutely gone with the title and cover art themes.

I like it, very fun, it’s just short. And slightly confusing between all the guys and the rapid pace

loved! haven't had a book make me smile and laugh so much

the fact that I'm a life long gamer girl probably enticed me into reading this. Especially given the cover. I was thoroughly entertained from page one. Every page had me laughing and or smiling. The gaming banter so familiar and hilarious. Hard to juggle all the different fellas and remember who is who,but a couple are swoon worthy. Moon shares my clumsiness, gaming love, constant random question asking and my habit of making up ridiculous nicknames. So it's easy for me to love her. I could not put the book down and already want to buy a physical copy to annotate and want to read book 2 right now.

A book that’s got gaming, paranormal creatures, Hunger Games vibes but also RH? Let me say, I was ridiculously excited to read this book. It sounded so cool!

I know, it sounds like I’m going to go, “yeah, well that didn’t work out…” But I did like the book. The plot concept is unique, but it was a bit too fast paced for my taste. If it was expanded upon a bit more, scenes drawn out and detailed, making this book closer to full length… then it’d be spectacular. One thing that bugged me was Moon’s mom telling her something pretty heavy and we don’t even get a scene with her trying to process that information. Just moves right on to the next event.

I was also confused sometimes with the hopping around between characters, and even after finishing the book, I still don’t have an absolute clear idea on who is in the harem.

I did enjoy Moon’s unfiltered snark. And the mystery and intrigue about heart mates, and what she is exactly is definitely a plus.

My brain is dizzy from the book, and I’m even more confused with that cliffhanger, but I’m gonna read the next one to see if I can make sense of things lol.

really confusing

This book is alright but I’m extremely confused. I had to read many pages multiple times but honestly I’m not sure what I read. I’m not a fan of cliff hangers so I’m a tiny bit mad but that’s okay. The wording for the book is great. Characters are awesome. Hard to keep the characters straight sometimes but I managed.

MFC

Much enjoyment. Unhinged sort of wacky mouthy strong MFC are a favorite of mine. Totally relatable for me in the best way.
