A great start to a new series. Though it is a short read every page is used wisely and this book is jam packed cover to cover with action and characters. One after another more men pop up and it is a good time trying to keep track of all of them.
The book doesn’t take itself too seriously either and our characters have jokes.
It’s a fun romp in this new world and I can’t wait to see how the story continues and all those relationships develop! I definitely recommend.

Game Over

I started this from a recommendation in a group post. The amount of mates is what drew me to do it, lol. The fmc is hilarious. I'm looking forward to book 2.

Good plot idea poor execution

So this would be better if it was longer and you didn't have all these names thrown at you. It would also help if their wasn't so much skipping around. Very confusing and hard to stay in the story.

So I really wanted to love this book. I am a big fan of game/tournament related plots so I was really intrigued by the concept. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t executed all that well. It was far too short to cover all that needed to be covered. The pace was lightning fast and moved from plot point to plot point with no meat in between. There are also 8 men in this RH and there just isn’t enough room within this ~160 page book for all of them.
Because of how much is crammed into so few pages and with very little details to flesh out the characters and the world, I just don’t care about any of them and got the men mixed up frequently.

On a positive note, it was quite entertaining and with a little more time/development Moon could be a super great FMC.

I will definitely read the next book as a light “junk food” snack when it comes out soon.
