Very cute and quirky and definitely a good Christmas read. Very perfectly tied up ending kind of like a Hallmark movie but with more detail and general plot. Overall thought it was a good Christmas read!

Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

This was my first year reading holiday/christmas books and I will continue with the tradition. I went into this book blind, I didn’t even read the synopsis and it didn’t disappoint me.
This book is emotional and full of feelings, funny and heartbreaking, it’s packed with traditions old and new, it really has everything. These three sisters deal with life, loss, infertility, addiction, family, sisterhood and even financial hardship, so please take these details into consideration before reading.
Jenny Bayliss is a great narrator, I loved the way she described the environment, the town, and the way she presented the North sisters but most importantly the individual journeys and how every story was weaved together. The sisters’ personalities are so different and they complement each other so perfectly that the book ends leaving you with a deep sense of sisterhood and community.
If you are looking for a book with a no so traditional Christmas feel, personal growth and profound topics, then this book is for you.

This book reminded me that happy endings are the best. Sappy, but the good sappy.

I was lucky to get an ARC for this magical and heart warming book. It was everything I didn’t know I needed. I read it in 3 days and stayed up far too late last night to finish it because I couldn’t put it down.

A book about 3 “Summer” sisters who are forced back together by the loss of their father but connected by magical and curious requests of his will. In a town that makes you wish you lived there with people who take pride in their community and their people.

A book of love, loss, friendship, life’s hardships, family dynamics and a touch of magic weaved throughout. Maggie, Simone and Star could not be more different but through their curious adventure and untangling of their pasts, they realize they are more alike than they knew. You will fall in love with the town, the community and the sisters with each page.

Add this to your Winter TBR, you won’t regret it. Comes out September 26th!

A true warm and cozy book that exudes real relationships with family, friends, and community. It’s definitely a reread every winter.

I just couldn't get into this one. I don't care for the characters and it's making me annoyed, not feeling Christmasy
