This was okay, but speeches are better watched for a reason, and putting them all in one place makes them repetitive. Definitely did leave me a bit more fired up about climate action though.

I completely back Greta Thunberg and think what she's doing is hugely admirable. Climate change is being discussed more than ever before and the grown-ups are being forced to take notice.

I would've liked a longer version of the book with maybe more thorough recommendations for solutions, but I do understand that she isn't asking the politicians to discuss solutions with her, she wants them to listen to the scientists and start working with them. She's just a child after all, as she herself repeatedly states.

I don't think this book will sell many "Greta-haters" on the reality of climate change or bring them round to her way of thinking, as it is severely lacking in solid facts, but it's an easy-to-consume introduction to the issue of climate change for any potential activists.

This book is a collection of speeches that give some much needed perspective on the climate crisis! I think everyone should read this just to be aware of the issues that will unavoidably face us in the future, and to know where to look to better educate yourself on the inevitable challenge which is coming our way!!

The ways she get across her point are excellent, but as a non-fiction book this was badly structured/edited and repetitive.
Would always recommend listening to one of her speeches though, which are featured in the book.

I 100% applaud Greta Thunberg for calling the climate crisis as it is and shaking up the world to get up and do something about it. This collection of speeches, however, is quite repetitive, hence the 3 star rating.
