This was a lovely sequel! Just like the last, the thoughtful way in which the importance of books was turned into an adventure that was truly enjoyable. I loved how the first book was interwoven into the second without feeling like the story repeated itself.

This book was even more beautiful than the first one. The adventures were based on one another and the message was not only about loving books but also about being human. Truly beautiful. The last pages made me tear up.

This heartwarming tale blends magical realism with a love for books. It follows Rintaro Natsuki, a shy teenager who inherits his grandfather's struggling library. Just as he considers closing it, a talking tabby cat named Tiger appears, urging him to save the library from various threats. Together, they embark on enchanting adventures, confronting those who misunderstand the value of books. The novel features rich prose and a gentle message about preserving stories and connections, making it a cozy read for anyone with a love of books.

The Cat Who Saved the Library and The Cat Who Saved Books are both worth reading. You could easily read both on a rainy or cozy winter weekend. After all, who doesn’t like going on an adventure when you don’t have to leave your reading nook?

Me estoy aficionando a este género literario. Al igual que la protagonista, yo también leo varios libros a la vez
