authors should be required to take a test of emotional intelligence and evidenced research before writing about issues as sensitive and prevalent as rape. carlton does not have the depth, insight or apparent decency to do justice the trauma she lazily exploits in her work for cheap shocks and pity points in lieu of any remotely poignant character or plot development. she weaponises abuse with all the skill and grace of a hammer missing the nail and hitting the brick wall of her readership’s psyche. whatever superficial mark is left behind will assuredly be wiped away by the pages of booktok’s next beloved bastardisation of literature.

Molly leaves a terrible life behind and buys a pig farm and has been feeding them...but what is she feeding them?

I absolutely devoured this book in one sitting, it may have been well over midnight when I finished this book lol. It was just such a page turner and so many series of events was happening too. I recommend reading the Cat and Mouse Duet before this because there will be some cameos/easter eggs because it just AMAZING.
