Made it through chapter 9 but didn't find it interesting enough to keep going.

Really good look at a very inspirational life.

How to succeed in life
1 be kind
2 be kind
3 be kind

I can turn on the news at any time of the day and see multiple examples (one notable) of the very worst that people can be.

How refreshing, how healing, how completely inspiring to listen to a story about a man who, at every point in his career, represented the very best of what people can be.

Thanks, Mr. Rogers.

My hero and mentor to the very end. Mister Rogers was more than an educator, he was a compassionate individual who cared about our well-being and how we as people need to treat everyone with kindness. Along the way, he promoted how to eat healthy by showing us recipes with fruit and how soy is a perfect alternative to meat. Rogers stated he “could not eat anything that had a mom.” I thought about this most of my life and tried different times to eat healthy, be a better person and no matter what, be the best I can be. As someone who appreciates kindness, has a fondness for sweaters and enjoy the company of children of all ages, I approve Rogers methods and when I read this book, I was so invested what this individual had accomplished. I’m not going to lie, I cried throughout Chapter 24, but picked myself up back again afterwards. I should not be ashamed because Rogers would’ve approved and would say “It”s You I Like You, Just The Way You Are.” A must read.
