Loved listening to Jeffrey. Their voice is so soothing and the content in their book was thoughtful and well written. They brought up questions that countered the way I, as an anxious person tend to think and I really feel with a bit of practice can move forward with. I will definitely listen to this book again as I’m sure I need to continue to question my coping methods and core beliefs and I feel Jeffreys questions in their book help me explore them.

When I first saw Jeffrey Marsh's vine clips back in the day when that was a thing, I cried by how caring and sweet their messages to young LGBT+ folx where. Jeffrey Marsh has a sweetness that some might think is cheesy, but I feel they have found a way to soften hurt and shame with powerful sincerity and gentleness. This is the support and voice of acceptance a lot of struggling young (and also older) folx need.
Jeffery is such a pleasant person and it shows through their writing. I feel so uplifted and renewed by this story. I'm happy they shared some intimate thoughts with us. I love this. Thank you, Jeffery!
This book was a good journey. There are points when I felt like Jeffrey really understands and speaks to me, while there are other times were I didn't really relate to what they were saying. Regardless of it all, ir was so good to read a book with such positive energy and so many fun interactive aspects. It's a lovely book, and I think I'll come back to it in the future.
"How to be You" is a lovely new book that asks readers to participate in figuring out how they can be more comfortable with who they are and celebrating the idea of just being themselves. This is a fun book that I got a lot of myself. This book would be good for anyone who is looking to find a little bit of happiness!
Our guide throughout the book is Jeffrey March, a person who has really had to figure out how to be himself when the conditions he was surrounded by did not necessarily lend themselves to it. He has a great spirit and throughout the book, it feels like he is talking to you as a friend, which I really liked.
The exercises in the book are fun and insightful. I can see myself going back to this book over and over again as a resource and when I need a little inspiration. This book would make a great gift for someone special in your life. We all deserve to be able to be ourselves!
