I loved this story! I felt sorry for Dru right away. All I could think is….what scum! And everyone knew..so sad. Well I love her determination and her fighting skills! She rebounded better than anyone could have hoped for. Then we meet that broody sexy bar owner. He was amazing to her. Then..you know TO her. He has some changes coming to his life..more than just Dru.
I absolutely loved meeting this family! I can only imagine the future stories of these brothers. That ending…whit Michael…WOW! I never saw that coming. She is so lucky she moved on!
Overall I am excited for this series and am looking forward to Zane’s story with that little sneak peek.
I did listen to this on audio. Both narrators did a wonderful job and they sounded just like the characters.

OMG this is one hot and steamy read that is also funny and a bit emotional but sizzling. So sizzling you will need a cold shower just to cool down. I read this book in one sitting because it was just so good that I couldn't put it down. The main characters, Sebastian and Dru will make your heart melt and leave a lasting mark on you. .
Broken hearted and drunk and a plane headed to unknown places is what you do if you find your fiancé with their pants down, right? But what you find in the middle of nowhere, hungover, sad and on the way to being drunk again, is not what you expected and maybe, just maybe is the one thing you need.
Letting go and taking chances is the name of the game. I believe I am now addicted and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book.

This read like a draft not a finished manuscript.
It seems like no one went over this stuff because a lot of motivations were scattered and varied from line to line (especially Michael's final scene).
And the relationships and incentives for all the brothers? FORCED AF.

The book was fun, sexy and addictive. The narration is incredibly done. the voices match exactly to how I would picture the main characters to sound like. I love Jasinda Wilder and her books. I love the way she writes alpha males

I'm going to have to sit on this one a minute. It's not that I didn't like it, but I wanted to like it a lot more than I did. The story between the two main characters just really wasn't the focus. The brothers...well, my curiosity as to how each of them 'falls' will probably keep me going but I won't need much more i. the way of a back story for any of them since so much of this book was focused on telling us all about them.
Michael? Michael did not get what he deserves and I'm sad that our bad ass Dru didn't give it to him. Also, what he did...I just can't even wrap my head around that. Who does shit like that?
I'm also hopeful that maybe there will be a ninth book with Dru's dad getting his HEA.
finally that epilogue...that's like a two chapter epilogue, most the time I'm sad when a book ends but this one I was just like..."this is never going to finish."
All in all it's an alright read. I got through in a day, I didn't hate it, I will likely go on to the next books...but I'm not going to go out of my way to get them in my hands asap.
