Difficile de donner une note. Je n'ai pas aimé du tout, j'ai trouvé ça sans profondeur et sans surprises, mais d'un autre côté, je ne suis pas dans le cœur de cible des histoires feelgood et des romances slow burn. C'est sans doute un bon livre, mais pas pour moi.

This book was everything I needed!

It has all my favorite elements: found family, witchy vibes, grumpy/sunshine dynamic, queer representation, people of color representation, and a great sense of humor. It's the perfect cozy Fall read and now officially one of my favorites.

Beyond the charming surface, the story has something meaningful to say about what it’s like to navigate the world while being “different.” The message really resonated with me, and the ending was the perfect, thoughtful conclusion to tie it all together.

This was so cute, cozy, and comforting. Perfect if you're a lover of found family looking for a relatively low stakes romance to help you shut out the horribleness going on in the world.

It was a really cosy and cute story. A like the characters and the atmosphere. The only thing I really have to point is that the "getting together" kinda felt a bit rushed. It's not that it is that bad. I just wished we could've seen some more of their interactions before they got together! Also, I do love a good sex scene, but I don't think this story need it to be detailed.
