E.B. White (of Strunk and White's Elements of Style) gives lots of great one liners that you can leave the book with. Children are learning more than they think they are when they read this.
Reread this for the first time, and I have to say that I loved it so much more this time around.
Always love reading this classic with my 3rd graders!
