I didnt hate this but i also didnt love it. I loved the idea of the story, but i just felt like something was missing. It took me quite a while to finish as when i put it down i didnt have that urge to pick it up again. The spice was good, it was nice to see Selena get more confident in herself with everything she went through. Ngl I did kinda like Lex and his psychotic ways. It was a ride of a book, no pun intended.

Omg I loved this book in ways I don't think I should have loved it. Lex can get anything he asks for as long as it stays in the book lol. I knew this was going to be something I would enjoy because I have read other books by her but I didn't expect to enjoy it the way I did. I can't wait to continue the standalone series. Selena definitely had her moments and I loved when she put Lex in his place.

This book had the potential to be 5 stars for me, but honestly, it could have ended after the first 100 pages. After that it became very repetitive.

I love a good heavily dark romance book any day but this was just porn. There was no character progression aside from the FMC falling in love with the MMC after barely a week. I’m not triggered by the darkest tropes but when it came to finding out that the MMC had raped women, it made the book a lot harder to read. Tbh I was barely able to finish the last 20% of the book.
sloppy book through and through, plus you can't convince me that man is hot
